Mrs. Dalloway – Redgrave is shining as the wife of a British M.P., who on the night of a gathering, thinks back to her youth when she chose between a safe, secure life and a more challenging presence with a man who sincerely loved her. McElhone is a phenomenal match for Redgrave in the flashback scenes. Cast includes Vanessa Redgrave, Natascha McElhone, Rupert Graves, Michael Kitcben, Alan Cox, Lena Headey, Amelia Bulhnore, Sarah Badel, Oliver Ford Davies, Katie Carr, John Sitting, Robert Hardy, Margaret Tyzack, and Phyllis Calvert. Clue – Silly and insipid thriller based on the popular board game of the same name with all the familiar characters Mrs. Peacock, Colonel Mustard, Miss Red, et al. gathered for a murderous day in a Victorian mansion. Everyone tries tremendously hard but there is nothing they can do to save this weak film. Cast includes Eileen Brennan, Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn, Christopher Lloyd, Michael McKean, Martin Ponder, and Howard Hesseman. (87 minutes, 1985)

The Sea Hawk – Top of the line amalgamation with Flynn at his streaking best in venture on the high oceans. The film has a enthusiastic balance of piracy, romance, and swordplay, handsomely shot, and orchestrated with exciting Erich Wolfgang Komgold score. Cast includes Errol Flynn, Brenda Marshall, Claude Pours, Donald Crisp, Flora Robson, Alan Hale, Henry Daniell, Una O’Connor, Gilbert Roland, and Edgar Buchanan. (127 minutes, 1940)

Forgetting Sarah Marshall – Here is a romantic comedy set in a stunning resort in Hawaii. After being dumped by his girlfriend Sarah, he at last decides to go to Hawaii to get over the loss. Unfortunately, when he goes to check in at the resort, the first person he sees is Sarah, and of course her new boyfriend.

Gun the Man Down – Injured outlaw vows payback on partners who left him in the middle of a stickup gone badly. Cast includes James Arness, Angie Dickinson, Robert Wilke, and Emile Meyer. (78 minutes, 1956)
