If you are lonely, you are probably in a lot of emotional pain. There is no medical cure for it and a lot of people wallow in it for the majority of their lives. But you need to keep in mind that actions alone probably won’t win her back. If he or she is smart enough, it is likely that he or she will be looking for a change in you and not just what you are willing to do to get back together. People get wiser after a breakup and you should expect this. Learn new wisdom from your mistakes and you will find the answers you are looking for. A little reflection will help you to realize the genuine change from the heart that your ex is looking for.
